Default Brake problem on my Renault

I have a MY02 Renault Megane Scenic Diesel that developed a problem with the brakes this morning.
There is a vibration that can be heard and felt under braking but only at very low speeds [2-3mph] when coming to a stop. When braking before corners and bends etc things are totally fine but when slowing to a stop, say the last 2-3 Metres, the vibration can be felt. It's sounds and feels like when the ABS is in use, that juddery feel under the pedal but with the addition of a slight vibration and humming sound.
It certainly isn't anything serious [yet] but it needs sorting.

Could it be a faulty ABS sensor?

Not quite the same era or type of Renault, but one of the brake-pad retaining springs on a front brake calliper of my R5T2 pinged off one day. It didn't affect the braking as such, but the slight freedom of movement of the pad used to cause it to grab and judder the whole car when moving at very low speed (eg: reversing out of the garage). I took the wheel off to investigate what was wrong and that was all it was.

This might be a load of rubbish, but it's probably worth getting the wheel off for a look. It's a quick and cheap cure if I'm right.

Pad levels are fine, loads left.

Turbo2....I had the wheels off and all looked well but I didn't look at the pins.
I shall look again. Thanks
