Hello All!
First post on ScoobyNet and thought this might help.
After a bit of a wait (was sent the wrong rear calipers, hoses for an Evo and the wrong thread in mounting brackets) Ive finally fitted Alcon 6 pot calipers with 365mm discs front and Alcon 4 pot calipers with 343mm discs rear. Ferodo DS2500 pads all round, DoT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses.
Covered about 100 miles so far. First impressions are very good. Good pedal feel, work well from cold and no more noise than the standard brembo's.
Obviously not given them a thorough work out yet but I'll update once there run in.
All in all very Impressed.
Have Brembo's if anyones interested?

I cant comment on the AP's as Ive never tried them, only seen them at TSL but i'm very happy with these.
I thought about getting the AP's or K-sports but after talking to a few companies decided to get these. I cant imagine you'd be dissapointed with either.
The quality of the Alcon kit is very good.

Thanks, Im running 18's. Theres not much room once the balancing weights are on! Check with who you get the kit from as I dont think they'll fit under all 18's.
I got mine from Ears Motorsport but had some issues as I said.

I Found Alcon very helpful. Even sent my replacement parts to France for me.
Paid 3k for the whole kit.
Gave them a good work out today. Drove 300 miles to spain and back. There a top quality kit and I cant fault them.
Pedal feel is spot on and they sure STOP!
I'll get them on a track soon and see how they do then!

I dont know the exact weight compared to the Brembo's but I would say the differance is minimal. If anything the Alcon front discs are lighter. Calipers are pretty similar.
Top quatlity.
