camskills.co.uk and tyremen.co.uk seem to be the cheapest out there - I bought 4 215/45/17 Vredestein Ultrac from tyremen yesterday for £308 delivered which was the best I could find.
Have only tried the Vredestein tyres other than the standard Bridgestones so can't comment on other makes but Goodyear F1's get good reviews on here. The Vredestein's are much noisier than the standard Bridgestones but the grip in the wet is awesome.
The absolute cheapest place I found for the Vredestein's was Chirk Service station (via ebay) at £290 for 4 but this doesn't include delivery. They're based in Wrexham so if you live anywhere near there you could pick up a bargain!
