Cool

I will shortly be needing a new set of 225/35/18 for my P1. Anyone know the cheapest place in the country for them. I was considering Falkens FK 451as I don't want to spend crazy money on them and they seem to perform well for the money. If not, what's the best price for a set of F1's or P Zero's?

What other manufacturers make this size tyre?

I don't mind mail order..

These are the brands I've found in this size so far:

PZero
Fulda Extremo
Falken FK451
Goodyear F1
Bridgeston SO3
Yokohama AVS
Michelin Pilot

Many thanx

MS

If you are running pzeros at present then you can get a nice free set from your dealer.

The problems with the sidewalls cracking etc has resulted in a "new" ?! compound being produced and a free swap to those P1 owners running 18" wheels.

Question

Russell,

is this an official recall, in other words, can I expect a free replacement even if my PZeros aren't exhibiting these symptoms yet?

Cheers,

MS

Martin,
The best people to speak to about this would be prodrive.I'm not sure if it is an official recall, but I have spoken to prodrive recently and I beleive they are giving people the option to replace them. Not sure how you would go on if yours are not cracking, but it has got to be worth a try.
