I just want to be sure ive got the right prcoess for doing this.. I have got no instuctions so im working blind.. the pads i have ordered are the same thinckness as the originals so i shouldnt need to shim?? am i right?
Also when changing the fluid i flush the whole system from the back left, then to back right, front left and then front right??

Bleeding procedure is a 'bleeding' can of worms!

I have a phase 1 classic and I bleed just as you describe, basically furthest from master cylinder 1st, then next furthest etc. On the Ksports there are 2 nipples remember - for some reason I always do outer then inner although I'm sure either way is fine!
