Default Bedding in new brakes

I have a set of K-sport 8 pots, so far i have gave them no abuse as i am also running in a new engine....my questions are:-
1) I you drive them easy for hundreds of miles is this an ok bedding in procedure? or do you have to do it some other way?
2) If you have to do it some special way.....can someone tell me how to do it?

Cheers for the help

Manufacturers should say on the instructions mate.

With APs instructions were something like:

Find quiet stretch of road and do blocks of 5 50-30mph retardations x 5 with a break between each block of 5 to let the discs cool.

Use light braking for following 100 miles, then over the next 100 miles increasing pressure may be applied but no full force applications.

After then, go for it!
