After giving it large in 1st 2nd then into 3rd,red line each gear,into 3rd,then had to brake hard as soon as i got into 3rd,brake pedal was solid for a brief second,shat myself,like when the ignition is off\no vaccuum system,let off the pedal back on it,all fine again

4 pots at the front (reconditioned ones) standard sliding at rear

any ideas or just one of those things ?
