Default Brembo caliper mounting bolt torque setting, anyone ??!!

Hi All,

I'm hoping to fit my front brembo calipers from an sti8 at the weekend...

Can anyone tell me the torque setting for the caliper mounting bolts ??
I didn't want to over tighten them as I have heard that they can thread easily !!!
Also there are 2 bleed nipples on each caliper (?). Is there an order in which you bleed these ??

Many Thanks for any advice

W/shop manual recommends 114.3 ft-lb for Brembo caliper (yes a lot more than Subaru 4 pot). Alyn (asperformance) reckons this is excessive and uses 75 ft-lb on his group N cars with no problem, I'd go with his advice. I've used 75 ft-lb when I had Brembos and it was fine. I put on a bit of medium loctite for good measure

Issues with the bolts is about getting them out as some damaged bolts have been murdered in at the factory causing broken bolts and damaged threads on removal, happened to me on one bolt and had to have caliper helicoiled.
