i have just received my brand new ultrac sessantas 235/40/18 and sorting out a refurb on my pff7 speedlines and cant wait to get that rubber on ive saved what seems like forever and waited a long time to have refurb and new tyres together so next week should be sorted.anyway do they take a while to bed in or are they good from the off ?

Mine took a good couple of hundred miles to develop full grip. Quite sketchy to begin with, especially leaving roundsbouts
I've got the same size as you m8 and put 40 psi front and 38 rear. Seems high but that's what Vredestein recomended

Those pressures are way too high (unless you run your car with a full compliment of passengers and luggage every day).

Do have a fair load of bits and weight in the car. Always seemed good on them pressures so I stuck with them

so take a bit of running in then,im going to devon in two weeks so 400 miles should do the trick,then gonna get chevron motorsport (simon)to reset geometry and height on coilovers(TOO LOW)so am hoping for lots of GRIP,and better all round handling
i will try out 36 front and 33 rear and see how it goes with that.
