knocking noise from back brakes???

Whenever im braking i get a knocking noise, which seems to come from back brakes. I've had a visual inspection without taking the wheels off and there doesnt seem to be anything broken or cracked.
The brakes are standard MY98 appart from braided hoses.
any ideas????

Hello Chris, knocking noises when braking are usually to do with suspension components.
Dont let that scare you
probably only a pair of bushes on their way out, though scoobs do have quite a few.
Give the car to your mechanic friends (tank menders) and let them have a proper look up on the ramps.
