Toyo T1S's or S03's?

Quick reply, before this gets moved.
I've tried the Toyos on my old '98, and also on the P1, most impressed. Almost as good as the Bridgestones, and in some ways better, as I felt there was a more progressive loss of grip.
SO2s were great, but I think I'm right in saying that the SO3s are not actually the next generation of the 2s, but more of a general purpose tyre. I was a passenger in a car with SO3s on, and even I could feel the tread moving around, it was very weird. Obviously my personal opion (for what that's worth).

Now that the SO-3's have 2,000 miles under them, I don't notice any difference to the SO-2's I had before.
Just back from a day return to the Isle of Skye- 495 miles on twisty A roads on dry, damp and wet tarmac and the SO-3's didn't put a foot wrong.
Mike.

Used both in 225/40x18. They are different tyres, but I don't think there's much in it. Toyo maybe has more tread lateral stiffness. Used the S03 on a Brands Hatch trackday, monsoon rain, and they were VERY effective in the wet. The S03 gets better in the dry as it wears down.
