Hi guys, new owner here, I have a 2010 N/A Impreza R with original 16 inch wheels with those awful plastic covers. If I upgrade to alloy rims, can I keep the current Yokos or do I need new tyres too?

Obviously if you keep the same diameter wheel, then you can swap tyres over. If you check the driver's door reveal/ 'door shut' - there should be a sticker that will spell out the 'recommended' wheel/ tyre size combinations available for your car. Unfortunately - most of us were dropped on our heads as children, so we modify everything above and beyond recommeded.
