Whats the going rate for these second hand?
i nearly bought a set but it worked out more expensive (including new discs & pads) than buying the kit new from Prodrive!

Both the Alcons and latter Subaru classics are 4 pots, if you aren't running 4 pots maybe have a look into the latter 4 pots that came on the classic. Get some Ferodo DS2500 and some grooved discs and it may be a strong setup.
I have no experience with the Alcons or this setup i just mentioned though, i run the latter 4 pot classics with standard discs and pads and just recently purchased K-Sports all around.
But if you are running the old 2 pots then the latter 4 pot classic will be a great improvement from what i've heard and with the right discs and pads even better.
Thanks
Sam

its a hawkeye wrx that i have, need bigger discs for trackdays etc but dont want to spend 1K. i have looked at various kits but the prices vary so much for the same kit.
for instance 330mm 6pot ksports group buy is 699 but in banzai mag they are 680 from ksport themselves..... not that they list a newage kit for vehicles after 05 sti

yeah they do... but can only run 294mm disc without using something like the godspeed kit which you can run 335mm but its nearly the same cost as the ksports works out at 550 for the kit + delivery.... not a bad price considering what you get

If you're looking for more brake for the buck, take a look at Godneys conversion kit.
