Default brake pressure problems

Ive just up graded my hoses to samco and now haveing braking problems, driving steady there dont seem to be any issues, but drive hard then hit the brakes and the pedal is rock hard and NO brakes!!,,i would have thought the hoses are upto the job so dont think its them,Anybody got any suggestions,oh,im not losing fluid anywhere so convinced its something to do with the vacuum, what have i done wrong?? its a 56 plate hawkeye STI.

THANKS

if you have replaced the Brake Srvo hoses one of them will have had a one-way valve in it which you need to remove and fit in your Samco's...........

common problem, alyn
