Quick brake question
I have a '98 WRX Type-R and a rear caliper has siezed.
Im wondering whats needed for a 4 Pot front and 2 Pot rear conversion to get an idea of cost.
Or do i just replace the caliper.

Hi
We can supply you the parts to repair your calipers , or offer you a full reconditioning service , we charge £350 including VAT to fully recondition your front and rear calipers with new seals and stainless steel pistons , you can have the calipers any colour you want , for examples of our work see this thread

Hi
We can recondition the STi brembo's for £65 each including VAT , we completely strip them , paint strip , bead blast , prime and spray them any colour you want , polish the pistons and chemically clean the seals , and rebuild and pressure test them , the only extra's is if you need seals , these are £55 per front caliper kit and £40 per rear caliper.
If you already have the 2 pot rear calipers on , then the gold brembo's and 316mm rear discs will bolt straight on without the need for a bracket kit or the thicker handbrake shoes.
If you have the early type R with the one pot calipers you will have to change the backplates to either later type R ones , or from a 2001 onwards STi
Cheers Ian
