Default k sport ??

hello all, i have a classic rb5 , i am having a 2.5 forged build done as we speak and looking to upgrade the standard 4 pots subaru calipers eventually when the engine is run in !

anyone one here running k sport calipers (330mm 8pots, ) ? i have 17 inch p1 rims fitted so was wondering if these brakes would be up to the job ?

cheers maz

I have recently changed from the Godspeed 335mm conversion to K-Sport 8 pot 330mm and would say that the Godspeed kit is better.

Just something else to think about (the Godspeed kit is cheper as well!)

Try Carbone Lorraine RC6's, and you'll never want to go back to DS2500's.
A good pad and disc combo can make mediocre brakes work excellent, and bad pads can make a great braking systeem feel limp.

I had the same experience on a D2 braking setup (same as Ksport, different badge)
Drove passenger in a classic with them,, they felt great, drove a newage with Ksports myself 4 days later, and they were awful (both fresh sets, scrubbing them in on an industrial estate)
Only difference was the pads on the D2's were AP racing, the Ksport had the standard Street pads fitted.Ok the newage was heavier, but the difference was night and day.
