AFAIK, ALL discs that are grooved are handed.
Place disc in front of wheel, imagine it spining in the direction it would with the car moving forwards. Grooves should bend as a spray of water would coming off the disc. Or as streamers would if attached to the disc outer.

the groove id directional in the way the manufacturer has designed/machined it.........some go forward some go back, however in general it causes no harm if fitted "backwards"
the main issue is with the internal cooling vanes which must be sided correctly to work, but mostly only race quality discs have this feature, most OEM discs have a "straight vane" design
