wheel size and brake question

wheel size and brake question
right i have on the scoob at the moment a set of p1 18in's with an offset et of 48
before i get the engine rebuilt with either harvey or api in the next couple months
i want change to hks coilovers which in itslef is fine, then and here's the problem put either 6 pot aps or 6 pot Compbrake, now if i get a flat i want to be able to change it with a full size so have been looking on ebay and have found a 18in p1 but with a off set of et53
will this cause massive problems as a get me home or is it a big no no?
