Hi
The XXR527 in 8.75x18" is only imported into the UK in ET35, the wheels are made in ET20 and sold in the States, unfortunately XXR do not bring that spec wheel over.
The 9.75x18" is made in ET20 which work on New Age and Classics with wide arch kits. I have supplied a few sets to members on here with the ABW arches fitted.
Give me a shout if you need any more info or prices.
Thanks
Keith

Hi
Yeah, that sounds right, there is a new stock delivery of these wheels due in in a few weeks with some new colours and fitments on it, like black 8.75s for Martin!!
If you don't want to wait we can supply the Eibach and H&R hubcentric spacers or if there are any other wheels that take your fancy give me a shout.
Thanks

Hi
I supplied a set of the 9.75x18" ET20 to a guy who had the bolt on ABW arches and they fit perfectly, obviously your car has a different kit on it.
If you are running ET45 with a 30mm spacer at the moment that brings the offset of your wheels down to ET15, presuming your wheels are 8.0x18", these XXRs will be 1.75" (44mm) wider so will sit 22mm further in and 22mm further out than the current wheels, adding to that the 5mm higher offset that the XXRs have that takes the inside of the XXR wheels to 12mm further in than your BBSs.
If your BBSs are not 8.0x18" come back to me with the width and I'll re-do my figures.
Hope that helps (and makes sense!!!!!!)

hi Keith yes my wheels are 8x18 et45 with 30mm spacer which takes it down to et 15 as the wheels stand now there is approx 20-25mm of gap from tire to arch . do you think i can get away with the larger set up i would prefer the 9.75 as they have much more concaved spoke but i don't want it to stick too far past the arch i don't mind running a tiny amount of stretch on the tires and dialing in a bit of camber but noting excessive. what do you think ??

Hi
As your wheels are 8.0x18" and the offsets as outlined above, the 9.75 ET20 will sit 17mm further out than what you have fitted now.
If you were to run a slightly stretched tyre (225/40 or 235/40/18) the angle of the tyre should make it sit inside of the arch enough.
Where are you located? We could do a trial fit of the 9.75x18" at our HQ in Gateshead???
Thanks

really only 17mm i thought it would be more than that. i should get away with that. for some reason i had it as 30 mm further out from where my wheels sit im based in warwickshire not sure how far gateshead is from me . now that's got me very tempted to get these in a 9.75 this week

Hi
Gateshead = Newcastle Upon Tyne = Right Ooop North!!!
Yeah, by my figures they will only sit 17mm further out than your BBS wheels.
Give me a call if you want to discuss further.
Thanks
