RE070 Potenza v Federal 595 RSR
Want to pick up some new tyres for my 2nd set of wheels (17s) - the wheels will be only used in summer and for the occasional track day. (as I have a set of 18s on Falken FK452 for normal use and winter).
I am considering both Federal 595 RSR and RE070 Potenza as by the sounds of it they are both popular, good bang for buck and perform reasonably well on track for the price.
Anyone have any thoughts on which of these is the better choice? What I am after is a tyre which performs better than a normal road tyre on track but also is usable in the rain in summer - so that i don't need to be constantly swapping back to my 18s.
Cheers
